TEMA+ Selection results and Scholarship holders’ lists 2019-2020

Dear Candidates, thank you for applying for TEMA+ EMJMD!

Please, find below the preliminary selection results with the list of scholarship candidates. The list is divided into absolute ranking (main and reserve) lists of Programme Country and Partner Country students for TEMA+ programme for academic year 2019-2020 made by the Pedagogic Council and Selection Committee of TEMA+  in accordance with the “Minimum requirements and recommendations for student selection and scholarship management” as defined in Annex X of the grant agreement and the admission criteria agreed jointly by the partner universities.

The scholarship candidates lists and categories will only be official upon the reception of confirmation from the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), Brussels in May/June 2019. The Agency will issue information letters to the coordinator comprising the names of students entered in the main/reserve lists. This may serve Partner Country students to obtain their visa for their first mobility in Europe.

The TEMA+ Consortium will inform all the applicants individually about their application results by email and post.

Main list: contains the students selected for an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) scholarship.

Reserve list: indicates all students who fulfill the consortium’s application and selection criteria but who could not be included in the main list due to the limited number of scholarships available.  If a student does not accept/reject the EMJMD scholarship offer, or cancels the scholarship, s/he can be replaced by the first eligible candidate on the reserve list. All candidates on the reserve lists are welcome to enroll in the programme on self-paying basis or with scholarships other than the EMJMD grant.  The lists of other available scholarships  is updated regularly and can be reached here. For self-funding students there is a possibility for a tuition waiver up to 1500 Euros, given by the TEMA+ Consortium. The criteria for this waiver will be determined by the Consortium.

Non-selected candidates: If you are not listed neither on the main nor on the reserve lists, you did not fulfill neither the consortium’s application and/or selection criteria, nor were considered eligible.

Students selected for an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) scholarship must confirm their acceptance of the scholarship to the TEMA+ Secretariat until April 8, 2019. If a student does not accept/reject the EMJMD scholarship offer, or cancels the scholarship, or is a “no-show” case, s/he can be replaced by the first eligible candidate on the reserve list.

Selected Partner Country students must send a confirmation to the TEMA+ Secretariat that they have launched the necessary procedures for obtaining their visa for their first mobility in Hungary  by no later than May 31, 2019.

Note:  Candidates who were not able to send us their diploma or language certificate before the application deadline must do it immediately after obtaining their certificates, but no later than May 31, 2019. In case of getting your diploma only after this date, please contact the TEMA+ Secretariat and you will be able to send it later.

Appeal procedure: Appeals may be considered where your application is unsuccessful and if you consider that your scholarship application has not been treated fairly. The complete appeal appeal form must be sent by email to the TEMA+ Secretariat (secretary@mastertema.eu) that ensures all appeals will be sent to the TEMA+ Pedagogic Council for further evaluation who will get back to the appelant with the decision within 2 weeks.
